Towadako Haus is an invitation-only private retreat located on the shores of Lake Towada in northern Japan.
Deep within a national park, with no neighboring structures in sight,
a single guest party at a time is welcomed into a boathouse designed for privacy, stillness, and immersion in sound, silence, and nature.
At the heart of the experience is a high-end Dolby Atmos listening room,
where music and film are experienced either through guided sessions or in quiet, self-directed time.
Each retreat is individually designed in advance, shaped around the guest’s interests,
unfolding over several days at a gentle pace—where nature, sound, and moments of reflection quietly interweave.
Towadako Haus is not operated as a hotel or short-stay accommodation.
Every visit is curated as a private retreat, with generous intervals between guests,
preserving the stillness and atmosphere of the place itself.
Stays are offered on a private, application-based basis (price upon application).

Towadako Haus（十和田湖ハウス）は、日本北部・十和田湖の湖畔に佇む、完全招待制のプライベート・リトリートです。
国立公園の奥深く、隣接する建物のない静謐な環境の中、
1組限定で滞在するボートハウスが、音・静寂・自然に深く身を委ねる時間を提供します。
滞在体験の核となるのは、ハイエンドなDolby Atmosリスニングルーム。
音楽や映像と向き合う時間は、ガイド付き、あるいはセルフスタイルで静かに進みます。
各リトリートは、ゲスト一人ひとりの関心に応じて事前に設計され、
湖と森に寄り添う数日間の流れの中で、自然体験、食、音の時間がゆるやかに織り込まれていきます。
Towadako Hausは、ホテルや短期滞在型の宿泊施設ではありません。
すべての滞在は完全にキュレーションされ、次のゲストまで十分な間隔を設けることで、
この場所が持つ静けさと空気感を守っています。
